You should have: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Day-to-day duties: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform Rotating shifts.
