Catering cook wanted in Adams County

Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Adams County, North Dakota. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
