Trainee butcher wanted in Anderson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Anderson County, South Carolina. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
