Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Jackson County, Florida. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
