Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Hutchinson County, South Dakota. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Rotating shifts.
