Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel fixer in Kemper County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing On the job you will handle: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
