Captain waiter • Merrimack County, New Hampshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. You will work in a coffee shop. Day-to-day duties: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
