Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Falkirk, Scotland. The job is in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around £2,450 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
