Great opportunity: restoration bricklayer (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Elliott County, Kentucky. You will be based on a commercial construction site. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Day-to-day duties: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
