Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
