Delivery truck driver — Chittenden County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Chittenden County, Vermont. You will work at a container freight yard. Day to day you will present documents at weighbridges and check posts; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; report defects and book the unit in for servicing. Requirements: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Full-time, day shift.
