Join our team: we are hiring a banquet server in Gezawa, Kano State. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar 6+ years on the tools preferred.
