Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Darlington County, South Carolina. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints.
