Dishwashing attendant wanted in Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Jefferson County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time with occasional weekends.
