Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Richardson County, Nebraska. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
