Prep cook — Garland County

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Garland County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
