The role involves keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
