Now hiring: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. You will work on a construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Full-time, day shift.
