Plant operator • Leelanau County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Leelanau County, Michigan. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. Day to day you will work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. You should have: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
