Now hiring: we are hiring a packing operative in Gregg County, Texas. The job is at a busy packing line. Your main tasks: • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities 3+ years on the tools preferred. $6,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
