What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
