Gas pipe fitter wanted in Brazos County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Brazos County, Texas. The job is in a gas distribution network. Day to day you will set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
