Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Marion County, Mississippi. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Rotating shifts.
