Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line inspector in Camden County, New Jersey. The job is at a food processing unit. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing Full-time, day shift.
