Pot washer — Mercer County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Mercer County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
