Argon welder — Hempstead County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Hempstead County, Arkansas. You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Own basic hand tools and PPE The role involves carry out 6G pipe welds where required; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
