Vacancy available: gas pipeline fitter (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Livingston County, Missouri. The role involves: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Six days a week, one day off.
