Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Richmond County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Richmond County, Georgia. The job is at a stone quarry. On a typical shift you will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
