Your main tasks: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending 1+ years on the tools preferred.
