Day to day you will replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points; dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination.
