Gas meter installer wanted in Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Mercer County, North Dakota. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Driving licence for travel between sites Day-to-day duties: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
