Vacancy available: kitchen steward (Idaho)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Elmore County, Idaho. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
