Sheet metal press operator wanted in Borough of Oldham

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Borough of Oldham, England. You will work at a busy press shop. Your main tasks: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 3+ years on the tools preferred.
