Great opportunity: delivery driver (Mississippi)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a delivery driver in Itawamba County, Mississippi. The job is at a courier and logistics company. Day to day you will drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules; handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections; check tyre pressure and report worn or damaged tyres; deliver goods to customers and collect signatures or proof of delivery; report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor; carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand • Able to read maps and use GPS navigation Six days a week, one day off.
