Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
