Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Washington County, Iowa. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
