Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Worth County, Missouri. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
