Back-of-house cleaner — Pembrokeshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The job is in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around £2,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
