EHS coordinator wanted in Guthrie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Guthrie County, Iowa. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. The role involves deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Six days a week, one day off.
