Car refinisher • Lake County, Florida

Vacancy available: we are hiring a car refinisher in Lake County, Florida. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes Your main tasks: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
