Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
