Urgent requirement: manufacturing operative (Georgia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Putnam County, Georgia. You will work on the shop floor of a garment factory. On a typical shift you will feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces. Requirements: • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line Six days a week, one day off.
