Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tyre technician in County Durham, England. Day to day you will inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Punctual and willing to work weekends Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
