Stainless steel welder wanted in Hampden County

Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Hampden County, Massachusetts. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp.
