Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Hanson County, South Dakota. You will be based on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves stockpile and spread material to the required levels; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles.
