Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Blaine County, Nebraska. You will work on the press shop floor. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will record output and downtime on the production sheet; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
