MIG/MAG welder wanted in Lafayette Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Overtime paid at a premium rate.
