Sheet metal press operator wanted in City of Covington

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in City of Covington, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses The role involves fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
