Lifting rigger — West Berkshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in West Berkshire, England. The role involves fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; read lift plans and method statements before starting; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
