Powder coating technician wanted in Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Jefferson County, Mississippi. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
